Named after the Redoubt Fort in Harwich which overlooks the harbour channel, this is a robust stout. Jet black with a tan head, it is the perfect accompanimnet to game and cheese where the dry finish perfectly complements the strong flavours. Bitterness is provided by Pioneer and Pilgrim hops
